The slice is the most common miss in golf, and also the most over-explained. You've probably heard ten different fixes from ten different people at the range.

Most amateur slices come down to one thing: an open clubface at impact relative to the swing path — not a big looping "over the top" move like everyone assumes. Fix the face, and a lot of slices tighten up even before you touch the path.

The trouble is knowing which one is actually your problem. That's a five-minute conversation, not a Saturday lesson.
