Most golfers spend 80% of their practice time on full swings and driver, and roughly 60% of their actual strokes happen inside 100 yards. That math doesn't add up.
Before your next range session, pull up your last few scorecards (or just think honestly about your last round) and ask where the strokes actually disappeared. Three-putts? Chunked chips? A specific yardage that always feels awkward? Practice that, even if it's less fun than hitting driver.
Unsexy practice is still the fastest way to a lower score.
